Let's Win-Win !

 

“ Let’s not do it your way or my way….let’s do it the best way.”

You know , we all can work ..But together we can win !

By the end of it , you never know how it’s going to turn out .  You have to give in a little bit …you have to take a little bit. Most feel everything has to be rinsed out for closing the compact..!

I’ve been into arguments many times..Am sure you are too..But that’s  how it is..The consensus  never match. Unless both sides win , no agreement can be permanent.

I’ve often wondered how relationships work.  The best relationships are a win-win ..! Why don’t more people go into relationships with that attitude..!!

Let’s believe , Win-win solutions are the most desirable outcomes of conflict resolution.

There’s also a technique of approach. You’re in a better position to talk with people when they approach you than when you approach them.

It’s not always that you got to win to be successful. It’s how you handle your situation.

We are not obligated to win.  We are obligated to keep trying . To the best you can do everyday ..!

I think , there is nothing in this world that needs to be proven –

The real competition is me . The person standing in my mirror says this ‘.!

We are good in what we do ..In what we are !.. But it’s not always winning . Sometimes we lose too.

On the other hand, for some minds , we always lose. But there are some days , we win … It’s winning and losing one-third of our games ..  But trust me .. it’s the other third that makes the difference ..No?

I’ve read somewhere that “ where’s the pleasure in being the winner if the loser isn’t alive to know they’ve lost ?” Hahahahahahahaha

Well…but no one can get that shot for you..!

 Sometimes you know …if you’re not willing to shell your position  , you’re not willing to win .

Let’s be honest with ourselves for a moment  , shall we ?... Trying to argue a point , prove we are right – that we are a good person – is more about winning , or quite simply , protect ourselves from losing .  It all boils down to fight or flight ..! hmmmm..

 Abhishek Ratna says  - “ Take the risk to ask for whatever you need or want . If someone says no , you will not lose anything . If someone says yes , you have a lot to gain “

Umm..Ok..If you lose someone  but you find yourself , you won !

A lot of problems in the world would disappear if we talk ‘to each other ‘ 

instead of ‘about each other ‘..!
